We will enjoy some scenic swims at the Waterfront, in Lake Alexander and Katherine Gorge!

Wednesday 

• arrival at Darwin airport & transfer to Club Tropical Resort

• check-in and meet and greet

• a la carte dinner at resort

Thursday 

• delicious breakfast at resort

• morning swim at the beautiful Darwin Waterfront with local coaches

• lunch and rest time at relaxing Botanical Gardens (at own expense)

• afternoon swim in picturesque Lake Alexander

• sunset drinks and dinner at famous Mindil beach markets

Friday 

• delicious breakfast at resort

• check-out and drive to Katherine with
  lunch stop in Pine Creek

• check-in at cabins at Nitmiluk NP

• spectacular sunset boat cruise with exquisite three course dinner

Saturday 

• pick up of coffee, packed breakfast and lunch  

• all day canoeing in Nitmiluk / Katherine Gorge with adventurous swims and picnic lunch in-between

• sunset drinks and buffet dinner at restaurant of National Park

Sunday 

• check-out of cabins

• delicious breakfast in Katherine and dip at Hot Springs

• drive back to Darwin with lunch stop at beautiful Casa de Bilsk gallery and nursery (at own expense)

• drop off at Darwin airport around 3pm

Information

Reserve your spot - 12 participants max!

• transport in 12-seater van with luggage trailer

• all swims circa 2-3km length, can be shortened

• pre-requisites: comfortable 1000m swim. fitness level: moderate to high. Please note that the portages between the gorges require good balance and fitness. We are stepping over slippery rocks and having lunch on the banks of the river.

• all instructors are qualified coaches with first aid certificates

• swimmers are accompanied by kayaks

• accommodation: first two nights at a resort with option of single / twin share. last two nights in cozy 2-bedroom cabins with shared bathrooms
