Terms & Conditions

1. Every participant joining an event or retreat organized by Swimwild Escape (SWE) agrees to these T&Cs

2. Every participant agrees to the waiver form when signing up

3. All cancellations and refund requests must be in writing

4. SWE has the right to change itineraries or dates due to uncontrollable incidents

5. Bookings can be transferred to another person, to be organised by the participant

6. Booking is secured by paying a non-refundable deposit of AUD300.00

7. Refunds: 60+ days prior to arrival: 100% refund, 60 days within arrival: 50% discount, 30 days within arrival: no refund

8. Every participant agrees to use the image for promotional material of SWE

9. Swimwild Escape has the final say in all disputes over cancellations & will try to solve the issue in a fair manner. We intend to approach all issues with understanding, flexibility and compassion. Changes to this policy may be made on a „case by case“ basis and are made at the complete discretion of Swimwild Escape

10. Retreats only go ahead with a minimum of 8 participants.  If the minimum is not reached a refund will be given or transferred to another retreat
